Availability

The chef is available to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

The chef can arrive at the villa by 7:30/8 am and leave by 8:30/9 pm (dinner served latest at 7:30/8 pm). 

Please be so kind as to confirm if you need the chef for the first night.

Menu & Ingredients

Please note that guests pay for all the ingredients and we do not provide cooking essentials like spices and cooking oil.

Before arrival, you can organise dinner for the first night and breakfast for the first morning - directly with the chef.

Please communicate the chef at least two days before arrival and share dietary requirements where necessary (note: there might be a delay in response when the chef is busy with other guests).

The chef will give you a total cost and you send the money for the ingredients in advance.

When in Diani, you can sit with the chef and discuss the rest of the meals.

Shopping

When you agree with the food calculation, the chef will do the shopping for you (you pay a transport fare on top of the shopping).

If you cannot agree on the calculation, the chef can give you a list of ingredients, and you can do the shopping yourself.
