This document contains valuable information and phone numbers for you to use during your visit.

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT: check-in is at 2 pm. Checkout is at 10:30 am.

LOCATION: Dennis Pritt Road – Heri Paradise Apartments - Studio Apartment number B3i. (Google Maps)

The apartment block has a grey gate and comes right after Enkasara apartment.

The name Heri Paradise is written on the gate.

It’s the middle block (B) and door B3-i which is on the ground floor.

House Rules 

NO SMOKING: strictly no smoking inside the studio apartment. An extra cleaning charge will be applied if not adhered to.

NO PARTIES: no parties and loud music allowed.

VISITORS: No subletting allowed. Kindly inform us if you wish to have long-term guests stay at the property.

DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any breakage or loss during your stay; determined at the current cost associated with the replacement (see list below ).

This includes loss of keys.

Please inform us as soon as the damage has occurred.

LEAVING: Vacating the property. You are expected to leave the property in the state you found it. Any additional cleaning required will be charged.

The Studio

THE SPACE: the studio has a double bed, kitchen, ensuite bathroom and lounge area on the windowsill.

CABINETS: there are foldable desks and cabinets. Including above the sink with plates and cups.

UTILITIES: electricity and water are included at no extra cost.

PARKING: parking is not guaranteed; please ask the askari for available space.

SHEETS/ TOWELS: Clean sheets and towels are provided.

CLEANING: the studio has been cleaned before your arrival.

A cleaner is available upon request and at an extra cost of 1000 KES.

(paid directly to the cleaner and includes washing of clothes).

SHOWERING: for hot water, switch on the heater outside the shower..

GUARD: The main gate is guarded 24/7.

KEYS: your keys can be picked up at the main gate of Heri Paradise Apartments – ask for Moses the caretaker (+254 728 594586).

QUESTIONS: Please contact us if you need some help or anything is not satisfactory.

In the area

MALLS: Yaya Centre and Lavington Mall are close by where you can find the restaurants, stores, supermarkets bars, Bikram yoga studio (Lavington Mall), pharmacies.

RESTAURANTS: nearby - Ankole Grill, Fogo Gaucho, Gyros 2, Caffe Concerto.

SUPERMARKETS: at Yaya centre shopping mall you will find Chandarana supermarket and Naivas opposite the Yaya Center.
