Angela Rarieya

Angela Rarieya is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at UpSkill Afrika Ltd. A customer experience specialist, she possesses exceptional communication skills and a passion for service excellence with a track record of successful business process re-engineering projects to facilitate organizational change. She holds an honours degree in Education from Kenyatta University, a Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) from Charles Sturt University (Australia), a post – graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK and Award for Customer Service (ABP UK). She is an accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches (AoEC) UK. Angela is a former Director of the Institute of Customer Experience. She is an accredited Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) with Toastmasters International. She has served as Division A Director – Toastmasters District 114 (East Africa), President of Kwanza Kenya Toastmasters Club and founder of both World Bank Group Kenya and Strathmore University Toastmasters Clubs.

Pattern Interrupt, for new managers. He contributes to intellectual capital, through his provocative and practical weekly sales column in East Africa’s premier newspaper, Business Daily, Sales Pitch! The column is eight years old He also contributes to Biashara Leo (Kenya), The Daily Monitor (Uganda) and to the ServiceMag (Rwanda) journals. He is a graduate of Egerton University, has a Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)–UK. Kageche is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (a course in practical psychology).
