So where do you park (at Oak)?
For Oak, also called Shark Bay, you can first drive to the kite spot (here), drop your stuff, and then park at the Oak Beach Jetty (when it is open).
When the jetty is closed, or full, you will have park at the Oak Beach Park (long walk).
You can check in the chat if the jetty is/ has been open.

How do I get to the Outer Banks, NC?
The best way to get to Outer Banks in North Carolina is driving, approximately 9 hours from NYC.
Alternatively, you can fly to Norfolk, West Virginia and rent a car - 2.5 hrs from the airport to Avon. There is also a local airport and occasionally club members fly there on a small private plane.
